RENTYARIDE IS NOT AN INSURANCE COMPANY AND DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY KIND OF INSURANCE FOR ANY VEHICLES OR USERS OR ANY OTHER REASON AS PART OF OUR SERVICE   

By using our platform you understand that as a user you must maintain your own insurance policy and meet any minimum insurance levels required by law

We do recommend that you make contact with your insurer before listing your ride on our platform

RentYaRide only provides a platform to facilitate transactions between renters and owners. RentYaRide is neither the buyer nor renter nor seller nor owner of any vehicles listed on the website and/or service and is not in the business of renting vehicles to the public. RentYaRide is not a second-hand motor vehicle dealer, e-hailing service, transportation service, agent, rental car company or insurer

Escrow is a legal arrangement in which cash is deposited for safekeeping with a neutral third party (we use TradeSafe) pending the completion of contractual obligations. Only once the obligations have been met, the escrow agent (in our case TradeSafe) will transfer the cash to the other party.

You are making payment to TradeSafe who will hold the funds in trust. TradeSafe ensures you get the ride that you paid for and only when both parties are satisfied that the terms of the transaction have been met does TradeSafe release the funds to the ride owner

Any party to the transaction can cancel the transaction and TradeSafe will return your funds less any non-refundable fees to you

To use our platform you must be a holder of a valid drivers licence and be twenty (20) years of age or older and of full legal capacity

If you are under the age of twenty (20) or not a holder of a valid drivers licence or if you are not legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement, then any registration, use, or access to our platform is strictly prohibited and in violation of our terms and conditions
